Cross Country Snags Riverside’s Lily Pattinson

Windsor, ON – The St. Clair College Cross Country team were fortunate to land another top local recruit with the addition of Windsor’s Lily Pattinson for the 2021 season.

The 5’5” standout earned Riverside Secondary School’s MVP honours in Cross Country (3-time), Swimming (2-time) along with Track and Field.  Pattinson was a WECSSAA 3000m Track and Cross Country Champion in her grade nine season but also won three OFSAA gold medals in the pool by her grade eleven year to go with another two podium finishes.

Saints Head Coach Paul Boots praised, “Anytime you get a WECSSAA Cross Country Champion it's a good thing.  But Lily has been averaging four minutes per km and won in some excellent times.”

Boots continued, “Lily is currently running to get prepped for the fall season as well as cross training and we feel she will arrive in September ready to go.  We think Lily will be a great addition to the Saints program and our Women’s team is really starting to look good with her in the fold.”

Pattinson will be enrolled in the Paramedic program at St. Clair College this fall.
